'Free at last?' is an exhibition exploring the history and legacy of the European Slave Trade.
A central part of the exhibition is a replica slaveship The Zong which will enter London on 29th March 2007 accompanied by Royal Navy Frigate HMS Northumberland.
The Zong was moored at Tower Pier on the Thames opposite HMS Belfast, adjacent to the Tower of London & Tower Bridge. HMS Northumberland will berth alongside HMS Belfast.
Visit the Slave Ship: The 'Free at last?' exhibition was open to the public between the 30th March and 9th April 2007; with timed tours beginning every 30 mins at All Hallows by the Tower (via Tower Hill Tube), 300 metres north of the River Thames.
